For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

Designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, this conditioning class will use dumbbells and bands (but you can also use just your body weight as well). Be prepared to work all of your muscles and sweat!

For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

This barre flow will help you achieve a total body workout. This low-impact class focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility.

This class is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared towards improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.
